We are all mommies at North Laurel Family Dentistry so we know how scary it can be for children to go to a new place with new faces. Our first visit with children is what we like to call a “Happy Visit!” At this visit, we introduce the child to our office, staff, and get them used being at our clinic. This appointment is invaluable for children to have positive dental experiences in the future. And, they can even learn to brush Chomper’s, our pet dragon, teeth. Oral hygiene instructions are given each time a child comes to our office so that the child and the parent know how and when to brush.
